Rental Prices

Property 7: £140 per person per week

Property 7 benefits from two allocated parking spaces.

Properties 8 & 9: £135 per person per week

Tenants will have the option to include certain household bills for an additional charge.

The optional bills package covers gas, electricity and water only.

Internet/broadband is not included and must be arranged and paid for separately by the tenants.

Any option to include gas, electricity and water will incur an additional charge, which must be agreed prior to the commencement of the tenancy.

The deposit is 450 per person.

All tenants must provide a suitable UK-based guarantor or alternatively pay the rent for the full tenancy term in advance.

The tenancy will be granted on a joint tenancy agreement, with the exact commencement and expiry dates to be confirmed.

First 8 Weeks Half Price

As an added benefit, the first eight weeks of the tenancy are offered at half the normal rent.

This allows tenants to secure their accommodation and store belongings at the property during the initial eight-week period.

Please note that access to the property may still be required during this period for maintenance and property management purposes.
