Why you’ll like it:

The bedroom is first on the right as you enter, so it faces east bringing in the morning sun. The walls are white and there is soft grey carpet underfoot, plus ample space for a double bed and freestanding furniture. Being lower ground, it is private from the street.

The living room opens up at the end of the hallway, and is another neutrally decorated room with a period fireplace and room for both comfortable seating and formal dining close to the kitchen. This has been fitted with white units and some appliances (please ask which will stay when viewing), and a door leads out to the patio. While it is bijou, it has space to sit outside during the summer, and it has plenty of scope to dress the space with colourful pots and plants.
