Studios are perfect for an individual stay or sharing. These private rooms are fully equipped with a double bed (and adjustable top bed), study space, a kitchenette, wetroom with shower, toilet and basin and plenty of storage. Bed linen, towels, starter kitchenware, and WiFi are supplied at no extra cost.
24/7 reception ensures you are always looked after. The facility also benefits from bike storage, laundry machines and key card entry. Last, but definitely not least, you will be well connected with a strong, unlimited WiFi connection (of a minimum speed of 100mbps per room, up to 5 devices per account.
All Bills except council tax are included in the rent.
12 months contracts. 1 month upfront + 1 month Pre-instalment payment (will cover last month rent of the contract).
