Tenancy deposit


A refundable tenancy deposit equivalent to one month's rent (£2,600.00) is payable where the standard deposit option is selected.

The tenancy deposit will be protected in a government-approved tenancy deposit protection scheme, in accordance with current legislation.

A zero deposit alternative is available, subject to eligibility and the provider's terms and conditions. Full details of any applicable fees and obligations will be provided before applicants commit to the alternative.
Permitted payments during the tenancy


Changes to the Tenancy: A maximum charge of £50, or reasonable evidenced costs where these exceed £50, may apply to tenant-requested changes to the tenancy agreement.

Late Rent Payments: Interest may be charged where rent has been outstanding for 14 days or more, calculated at a maximum annual rate of 3% above the Bank of England base rate on the overdue amount, where permitted by the tenancy agreement.

Lost Keys or Security Devices: Tenants may be required to pay the reasonable and evidenced costs of replacing lost keys, fobs or security devices.

Ending the Tenancy Without Sufficient Notice: Where a tenant wishes to end the tenancy without providing the required notice, a payment may be payable in accordance with the Tenant Fees Act 2019, limited to the rent that would otherwise have been due during the applicable notice period.
