We keep our start dates fixed, and we take 2-3 days to spruce up the place after the previous tenants move out. You don't have to move in on that exact day if it doesn't suit you, but the contract will start.

Reservation Fee and Guarantor:

If you decide to go for it, that fee goes toward your first month's rent. We do require a UK homeowner (England/Wales properties), but if you're a student, we've got options for you too!
