Security fee of £850 is required to secure the bookings and to be held as deposit towards the entire stay, the security fee cannot be used as credit against booking fees. One off cleaning charge will be applied upon check out (minimum charge is £45). Security fee is refundable at check out (T&Cs apply). Deposit and first month booking fee payable prior to checking in. Further bookings payable on 30 day basis.
