Please Note: Starting 28 October 2024, nl Construction will be undertaking building works on behalf of the Freeholder to convert two commercial units into residential apartments. This work is unrelated to residents and occupiers, primarily taking place on the 1st and Mezzanine floors, with some activity in common areas and the basement.

The project is estimated to last six months, with contracted hours from 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday, and 8 am to 12 pm on Saturdays. Intermittent noise disturbance may occur during these hours.
