1 WC plus 1 full shower room with toilet and basin. People are expected to clean after their own use. But if there is any slippage, my house manager who is also a tenant here, will cover.

Less the better. Rare occasions only. Max one at a time.

Parking -
There is one parking spot available in a private ungated compound, but cost £60 per month.
