The 1914 Chicago style ‘Browns’ building is located at West Bar S3, just across from the National Fire Museum and is just a 5-minute walk into Sheffield City Centre and Kelham Island.

As you enter the building’s communal area, the stairs straight ahead leads to the apartment following the corridor around to the side wing of the building. Stepping inside the bathroom is straight forward containing w.c, basin and shower cubicle. There is a storage cupboard to the left and the living area to the right.

The open plan living space contains a fitted kitchen with electric oven, hob and under counter fridge freezer with a two seater sofa, wardrobe, desk and coffee table. The double bed is located behind the partitioned sleeping area and fills the entire space. There isn't a washing machine inside the flat, there is a communal washing machine that can be used for a small charge or you may choose to use a local laundrette.

There are rubbish chutes on each floor for your general waste to be disposed and the laundry room is located on the second floor.
