Rent is £2760 or £690 per person per calendar month, which includes water rates, but excludes all other bills.

Deposit is £3160 or £790 per person.

In the first instance, we require a £100 Holding Fee from each individual. This effectively takes the flat off the market and represents your commitment to the tenancy. However, if your group withdraws from the tenancy prior to the tenancy commencing, the holding fee will be forfeited unless you have a suitable replacement student group to take your place (in that situation, your holding fee will be reimbursed). If your group continues to proceed, the holding fee will also be reimbursed.

Please note that the deposit is a separate entity from the rent; the deposit is paid into a government-approved deposit scheme. We use the Deposit Protection Service; this deposit will be asked for at a later date.

Rent is paid monthly in advance and includes water rates but excludes all other bills, such as gas, electric, internet, TV licence (if applicable), and council tax (if the individual works). Tenants are responsible for setting up and paying their utilities.

From experience, we are aware that some students might find the setting-up of accounts daunting. We have partnered with The Student Energy Group (tseg), who offer “bills packages” to take away such stress. We will be suggesting tseg to each group that comes on board with us.

Tenancy is one single agreement with all the individual names on.

Once a group is signed up with us, our team manage the tenancy from start to end.
