Heating in the property is via an oil fired system which is submetered from the landlord's supply using a heat meter. Electricity is also sub metered from the landlord's supply and would be charged by the unit.

Ofcom suggests that a standard broadband connection should be available at the property, however, there may not be availablity for superfast or ultrafast connections. N.B., the landlord has indicated they may be able to offer link to a Starlink system for a small additional cost.

They also suggest that with most major suppliers there may be limitations to both voice and data services, however, with all of the above we recommend checking with Ofcom directly or with the suppliers themselves.

The holding deposit is non-refundable if the tenancy does not go ahead due to the tenants providing false or misleading information, pulling out or failing the right to rent check. Details will be put in writing to the tenants within 7 days of the application not proceeding.
