Stay on this road, still the B3224 traveling up the hill, leaving the village and almost at the top of the hill at White Cross turn right into Muddicombe Lane.

Follow this lane, ignoring the right turn into Yealscombe Lane, traveling down the hill Bailiffs Cottage will be the first property to appear on your left hand side.
