The rooms are light and the ensuites have shower, basin and toilet. There are 2 kitchens, with usually a maximum of only one or two people in each at one time as many eat at work e.g. The hospital or work shifts and most rooms are large so some eat there. There's a big sitting room and a smaller TV room with reclining sofas. These are uncrowded too. Other tenants are friendly and considerate.
Non-smoking or strictly outdoors only. It's fine to have a peaceful friend to visit but no parties as everyone is in employment or serious studies.

We provide a 24 hour emergency call-out service and weekly cleaning of shared rooms.

Housebills are included in rent (utilities, council tax, wifi, licence for communal TV's water, waste water and waste disposal). Washing machines and dryers are coin-operated- commercial machines (take big loads) - £4 to wash and 50p to dry (prevents queues as full loads are usually washed) and this is the only extra living cost in addition to your food.

We would consider a pet if we felt that it wouldn't compromise the welfare of the animal or of housemates.
