We are offering hotel-standard luxury double rooms with ensuite wet rooms as a full-time residence for much lower than hotel rates (long or short term rentals, for singles or couples). This is a refurbished ex-hotel, and a cottage in the same car park, close to the town centre, on the Dumfries Infirmary side of town. It has a large private car park and bus stop at the bottom of the drive. Tenants are considerate professionals. It's fine to have a peaceful friend to visit but no parties as everyone is in employment.

The nhs previously rented a lot of these rooms for doctors, over several years, and has just moved them back to its own refurbished accommodation. Thus several rooms have become available and have just been redecorated etc. We expect these to go quickly.
