"We'd like it if the house could be used by someone who appreciates it for what it is - namely, a fine example of an early 20th century, pebble-dash house whose principal features have been maintained. The house has belonged to this family since it was built (c.1918) on behalf of the current owner's great grandmother.
We'd like it if the house could be used by someone who shares our interest in trying to create a wildlife friendly garden. As a minimum, the hedges must be maintained, any bindweed climbing on the trees should be removed, the pond should be kept topped up (it tends to evaporate, during a drought), and if it doesn't rain then the sapling trees will need to be watered."
