King Alfred leisure centre with its gym and swimming pool facilities is just a walk away.. There are good transport links to Central Brighton, so the number 1,6 and 700 buses takes you to the the city centre in 10 minutes. Also within walking distance is Hove Station with its London links.

The property is close to the sea so we would recommend a beautiful seafront walk to Brighton which takes 45 minutes. Alternatively, if you prefer a walk in the countryside then the South Downs is a 10 minutes drive in the opposite direction with its Beautiful scenery and charming villages.

Guest Rules
In return, we ask our guests to be aware and respectful of the neighbourhood and its community. Smoking is permitted in the garden only. Whilst we do a thorough clean after each booking, we ask guests to leave the holiday home as tidy as they found it.

Check-in time is 3PM - 9PM. Check-out is at 11 am

Cancellation policy:- Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
