- The ambiance is quite and soothing and we would like to keep it that way. We host friend for occasional lunch/dinner and have a good time here. Late night parties, loud music etc. Aren't the vibe here!

- We have our own space but also have a fun time together (when our schedule permits). Would prefer a similar equation with the new flatmate.

The apartment is an absolute steal at the pricepoint and has to be viewed to be appreciated.
