Once received, we will take up references and prepare further documentation relating to your application(s).

Our refund policy:

* This holding deposit will be offset against the deposit if the contract proceeds.

* If the landlord withdraws this application, the holding deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days

* If the property becomes unavailable or cannot be offered by the agreed date, the holding deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days
