What about the kitchen?

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar and dining table, as well as oven, hob, 2 x fridge/freezers, microwave oven, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and storage space. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer and we also provide a vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board.

What's the minimum length of time I can rent for?

We prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 6 months tenancy. However, in exceptional circumstances we will consider shorter lets.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, just £250 which is refunded upon check out as long as everything ok with room and up to date with rent.
