What The Owner Loves:
The balcony facing the park is my favourite part of my flat. Sipping coffee in the morning, listening to the birds and watching people passing by or kids playing in the playground are moments I will miss very much!
I had 5 amazing years in my flat. It is full of natural light and warm in the winter but in the summer there is a lot of fresh air thanks to the fact that all the rooms face the park.
There is plenty of storage and plenty of space to cook and entertain family and friends.
The location of the flat is just perfect. It a 10 mins walk away from Acton Town (Piccadilly and District line) and from the overground station of South Acton; 15 mins walk away from the Elizabeth line in Acton Main line station and a quick bus ride away from Ealing Broadway and Chiswick, where you can find shops, restaurants and cafes.
Why We'd Choose This Home:
Some homes tick boxes - this one rewrites the list. With two generously sized bedrooms, two sleek bathrooms, and a private balcony offering sweeping views you can smugly show off on Zoom calls, this apartment delivers both luxury and logic.
Nestled perfectly between Acton and Chiswick - where artisan bakeries jostle with gastropubs and leafy parks outnumber office blocks - it offers the holy grail of London living: Convenience without compromise. On one side, you’ve got the charm of Chiswick’s high street, packed with independent boutiques, riverside walks, and restaurants that make every night feel like a “treat yourself” evening. On the other, Acton brings its own energy with vibrant markets, hidden local gems, and superb transport links that make getting across London feel almost too easy.
Add with the underground parking, secure lift access, and communal gardens that actually feel inviting, you’ve got a home that’s more than just a place to live - it’s a statement of taste, timing, and tactical brilliance.
