The basement is below a main house, so noise may slightly travel at times. The ceilings are a bit low at 190cm, so mind your head if you are tall. Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. No parties or extra guests are allowed. Respect the neighbors by keeping the noise down, with no noise after 10pm. No shoes inside. If a guest locks themselves out of the property or does not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, a £50 fee will apply. If a guest loses or breaks a set of keys, a £100 fee will apply. Make sure rubbish instructions are followed correctly, including using correct bin bags and taking them outside in time for rubbish collection day.
