This property is a new-build in an ongoing development, with construction work taking place between Monday and Friday from 8am to 4pm. Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time. A £100 charge applies for lost keys. If you wish to use the sofa bed, inform us at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests will have access to the entire house.
