Travel cot and high chair are available to hire at a cost of £50, or £30 each if rented separately. Mid-stay cleaning sessions and fresh linen can be organized on request for an additional charge.

The property is set up for remote access with easy self-check-in, ensuring no direct contact is needed. Standard check-in time is after 3 pm, and check-out is before 11 am. A £50 charge applies for early check-in without permission or late check-out. A minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, and £50 if you lock yourself out. Excessive noise or music at antisocial hours will be reported to the local council. Parties, events, gatherings, smoking, extra guests, and pets are not allowed. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise down, especially after 11 pm. Shoes should be removed inside the property and left in the entrance hall. For long stays of 30 days or more, guests must pay for mid-let cleans at the cost of the cleaning fee, which includes fresh linen and consumables top-up. Linen and towels cannot be washed by guests, and a fee of £100 will be charged if they are. Fresh linen can be provided at an additional cost. The property provides toiletries for the first couple of days, along with a washing-up pack, dishwasher, washing tablets, toilet rolls, and kitchen rolls. Additional supplies can be purchased from nearby supermarkets.
