Guests have private access to the entire apartment, garden, and driveway parking. Check-in is after 3 pm, and check-out is before 11 am. A charge of £100 applies for lost or broken keys and call-outs, and a £50 fee applies if guests lock themselves out or fail to return keys to the lockbox at checkout. The property is cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival, and mid-stay cleans are available for an additional fee. The smart TV does not have access to regular or Freeview channels, and you will need to use your own login details for on-demand apps. No parties or extra guests are allowed, and noise should be kept down, especially after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors and follow rubbish instructions correctly.
