The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, oven and hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and all the cookware and utensils you'll need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen features a stable door leading to a sunny, secluded patio, perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing on the swinging benches in the peaceful garden overlooking a meadow.
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire home and secure garden with dedicated parking in front of the barn for up to two cars. One small, well-behaved dog is welcome for an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Mid-stay cleans are not included, but you can pay to book a clean or fresh linen and towels during your stay.
The Richmond Arms is 150 yards away, offering a delicious menu and incredible reviews. A little further afield, The Horse and Groom in East Ashling is known for its great food and atmosphere. For transportation, there is a bus stop opposite the Fox and Hounds Pub, 1 mile away, and Bosham Train Station is 1.7 miles away. Trains from London Victoria to Chichester run every 30 minutes and take approximately 1.5 hours. Nearby attractions include Bosham Harbour, Ashling Park Vineyard, the historic Roman town of Chichester, West Wittering Beach, The Trundle, West Dean Gardens, and the Weald and Downland Living Museum.
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A fee of £100 is charged for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out. The property is not suitable for young children. Dogs must be well-behaved and house-trained, not allowed upstairs or on the furniture, and should not be left alone in the property. Muddy paws should be cleaned before entering the house and owners should clear up after them in the garden and around the property.
