This flat is truly amazing, viewing (in person or virtually) is highly recommended. The area is amazing too, close to Merton Abbey Mills and so many parks! Lots of supermarkets nearby .

- a large cosy bedroom with a queen size bed, armchair, shelves, very large dressing, facing the garden, in a very quiet part of the house
- a small bathroom with shower over bathtub
- an open plan kitchen with a small reception area which is opening into a lovely garden with flowers, hammock and built in BBQ
- washing machine, fridge, freezer, TV with Netflix and Freeview, coffee machine, iron, hairdryer
- a very bright spacious reception room including a sofa bed, a desk with a monitor and a piano.( This is the room I will use when I stay in the flat from time to time this period)
