Inside, you'll find a modern kitchen equipped with an oven, electric hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The inviting sitting room features a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV. The front door leads to a modern country kitchen, which connects to the sitting room with a large sofa bed, suitable for two adults. The cottage is perfect for a couple with two children, though it might be a bit small for four adults on a longer stay. From the sitting room, you access the bedroom with a king-size bed. The bathroom is located between the kitchen and the sitting room, offering spectacular views from the sitting room and bedroom of the valley.

There is parking for one car outside the cottage, and another car can be parked on the lane.

The nearby villages of Stoughton and Walderton offer lovely walks and pretty country pubs. The property is on a footpath and bridleway, providing access to numerous hiking and mountain biking routes in the area, including Kingley Vale and The South Downs Way. Uppark House and Gardens, Stansted Park, and the Goodwood Estate are nearby attractions worth visiting. The Roman town of Chichester, with its boutique shops, cafes, and Chichester Cathedral, is just eight miles away. West Wittering Beach and Chichester Harbor, known for their natural beauty, are 14 miles away.

Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards and check-out time is before 10am. A fee of £100 is charged for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out. The cottage is all on one level. A bus stop is one minute from the front door, with routes going north to Petersfield and south to Chichester.
