If instructions are not followed, this will delay the cleaner's access and impact their schedule for the rest of the day, resulting in a £50 fine. A £50 fee is charged for call out if you forget the keys and lost keys are charged at £100 for replacement locks. Smoking is strictly forbidden and a fine of £200 will be charged when discovered. No extra guests are allowed in the property at any time without prior permission and no parties or loud music allowed. Any violation of either rule will incur a £250 fine. For stays over 21 nights, our professional linen service requires a refresh every 21 days. You can choose between fresh linen supply or linen rehire, both available at the same cost.
