Once you have applied for a property and we have received your application forms and references, we will then check you can afford the property and have a satisfactory credit score. Credit referencing

We use an independent credit agency to carry out our referencing. You'll be required to have a credit score of good or fair ;, along with passing the affordability check.

We wont normally accept applicants with County Court Judgement (ccj) or Individual Voluntary Arrangement(iva), if you apply we will review each case individually. We do not accept guarantors.

The tenant will be required to pay one months rent in advance plus any additional rent for the remainder of the current month. This will be in addition to one month's rent as deposit, held with the dps. No Tenant Set Up Fees.
