The fully equipped kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven with gas hob, large American-style fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and all the pots, pans, and utensils you need to whip up a delicious meal. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine or unwind with a sundowner on the private decking area, equipped with a bistro-style table and chairs, plus two sun loungers for added relaxation.

Pet-friendly with a fee of £20 to cover extra cleaning. Parking for 1 car is available in the driveway and further guest parking is available. A travel cot and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee of £12. Mid-stay cleans are not included, but you can pay to book a clean or fresh linen and towels during your stay.

Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A fee of £100 applies for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out. One small, well-behaved dog is welcome, but dogs must be well-behaved and house-trained. They should not be allowed upstairs or on the furniture, and muddy paws should be cleaned before entering the house. Dogs should not be left alone in the property. The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. A limited amount of consumables is provided to kick-start your stay. A laptop computer is not included.
