The street parking is by permit only and a parking permit can be provided for one car for each night of your stay.

Situated just minutes from Jesmond's lively bars, cafés, and boutique shops. You're a short walk from Jesmond Metro station and only 10 minutes to Newcastle city centre and the university campus.

Located on the 3rd floor with stairs access only, offering quiet privacy and lovely natural light throughout. Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to the cleaner’s schedule. We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. The online verification requires a government-issued photo id and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable gbp 500 deposit (plus gbp 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of gbp 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
