Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is before 11am. A charge of £100 applies for lost or broken keys, and a fee will be charged for early check-in or late check-out without permission. Guests are responsible for following rubbish instructions and ensuring the property is locked when leaving. No parties or extra guests are allowed, and noise should be kept down after 10pm. A £50 fee applies if guests lock themselves out or do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout.
