I'm Adalberto, looking for a new housemate to share a two-bed flat in Banister House. The room is available from September 14 2025. It's a large double with plenty of space for a desk and storage.

The flat is on the 1st floor and is accessible by stairs or a small lift. The kitchen/dining area at the centre of the flat has a gas stove, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. The bathroom is separate from the toilet.

Bills excluded: £150 per month.

We look for a responsible, independent and easy-going lgbtq+ friendly roommate, which weekly takes care of the house, despite each other personal life commitments. We llook for a person passionate about their life, busy with their work and with interests to share during our time together. Good vibes. No work from home. No recently relocated to London. Only long-term.

The flat is a 10 min walk to Homerton overground station. It's also 5 minutes from Chatsworth Road, famous for its Sunday market. Nearby are many restaurants, takeaways, wine bars, great coffee and even a single-screen cinema, The Castle.

Victoria Park, Hackney Downs and Hackney Marshes are all around 20 minute walks away from the flat!
