The brightly lit kitchen is well-equipped for those who love to cook, featuring appliances like a five-ring gas hob, dishwasher, and a fresh coffee bean machine. Original wooden floors downstairs add character, enhancing the home’s historic charm. The first floor includes a bathroom with a skylight, a double bedroom with a spacious wardrobe and private balcony, and an office room with a curated book collection and a standing desk. Check-in is after 3 pm and check-out is before 11 am. A £20 charge per half an hour will be applied for unauthorized late check-outs or early check-ins. A £50 fee is charged for call out if you forget the keys and lost keys are charged at £100 for replacement locks. Smoking is strictly forbidden, with a fine of £200 if discovered. No extra guests are allowed without prior permission and no parties or loud music are allowed, with a £250 fine for violations. There is no parking space on the property, but cost-efficient parking options are available online or through apps. Linen refresh is required every 21 days for stays over 21 nights. Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo id and a credit or debit card. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
