Enjoy comfort and incredible views of the city at our perfect apartment located in the heart of Leeds Dock. Admire the fantastic scenery around the docks, enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants, or explore the Royal Armouries Museum which can be accessed for free and is a short stroll from your front door. Take the lift to our place and enter into the hallway which is convenient to store your shoes and coats. To your immediate left, you may enter our spacious living area which includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Unwind on the comfy sofa and choose between gazing at the TV or the incredible panoramic views on offer in our serene haven. To the right as you enter, you will find our ultra-comfy double bedroom with convenient storage to utilize for your belongings during your stay. Stylish bathroom with shower and bathtub for ultimate relaxation during your trip.

Guests can access the entire property. Water Taxi is a short walk from our apartment. Experience Leeds by boat and take the opportunity to reach the city center via the canals. A unique experience, highly recommended. Leeds Dock - experience dock life, we are located in the heart of the famous Clarence Dock.

Clean and replace anything you use from the kitchen. Any extra cleaning required will be charged to the guest at a rate of £35 per hour plus the cost of any damages. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.important: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo id and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable gbp 500 deposit (plus gbp 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of gbp 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
