The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required. Check-in time is after 4pm, and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to the cleaner's schedule. Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited, and extra guests are not allowed. Please respect the lovely neighbours and keep the noise down. No shoes inside, and candles are strictly prohibited. Please make sure to lock the doors and all the windows when leaving the property, and do not leave any appliances running when you are not in the house. Be mindful of energy usage during your stay, switching off lights and turning down the heating when leaving the property. The online verification requires a government-issued photo id and a credit or debit card.
