We are renting out our large, bright and well kept 2 bedroom first floor flat available from early August. This was our home for 12 years from 2007 to 2019, and then rented to a lovely you couple for the last 3 years who bought their own home, and another couple for 3 years who are now moving back to Barcelona. Both have loved the flat and the area. The flat has been very well cared for, decorated and kept to a good standard. Everything works as it should, we have lovely neighbours and loved living in Camberwell!

It's situated in a safe, well kept, local authority estate, but is just off Camberwell New Road and overlooks Georgian Town Houses. In the time we lived there we felt safe at all times of the day and night and never had any problems. It's only 5 minutes walk from central Camberwell with all it's restraunts, bars and pub, and 10 minutes walk from Oval Tube.

The flat will be partially furnished. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, double oven, washer dryer and integrated dish washer and the lounge has a sofa. The main bedroom has a large built in wardrobe with plenty of drawers, hanging space and shelves. The smaller bedroom has a walk in wardrobe. We also have our own small but very secure shed that can store 2 bikes.

We're looking to rent the flat to working professionals. This could be a couple or two friends looking to share (i.e. No more than 2 people), but we are looking for clean and tidy people who will take very good care of the place.

Viewings are available on Saturday 6 September and the flat is available to rent from the end of September (exact date tbc).
