The cottage is situated in the garden of the main house and has its own private entrance and gated parking area at the back.

The beautifully presented interior is light and modern. There is an open-plan living space with a dining area and a fully equipped, fitted kitchen. The bedroom has a comfortable super king zip and link bed, which can be made into a twin on request, and there is also a sofa bed in the living room for up to two additional guests. The cottage has a shower room, no bath. Outside, there is a small courtyard where you can sit and relax after a busy day exploring. This cottage is a true gem, the perfect base to relax in with friends or family during your visit to beautiful Bath.

Ensure double gates to the entrance are shut at all times. Extra guests are not allowed and no parties are permitted. Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated, so keep the noise down, especially after 10pm. Use indoor shoes or slippers if possible. This is a home in Bath, so please care for it as such.
