Hi! I have a room available in my flat in stamford hill. Rent is 850 including bills.

This is a sublet, you would be sending me the rent and I pay it directly to the landlord. There is no references needed, howevever i would like to interview and i’ll take a 500 deposit once I give you the keys.

Ideally this is long term, anywhere between 6 to 12 months, but minimum 1 month stay
The room comes furnished with a bed and a closet

No couples, no alcohol, happy with cat, not dogs, this is a smokers friendly flat
You’d be sharing with just me, a 26 school teacher. Im normally out 8am -5pm but i like to chill at home, watch tv and smoke shisha. I am looking for two more person but for now it is just me.
