Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am. A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement. Lost keys will incur a minimum charge of £100, and a £50 call-out fee will be charged if you are locked out of the property. Please use indoor shoes or slippers if possible, and inform us if anything breaks so it can be replaced.important: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo id and a credit or debit card.
