Nestled away in a peaceful enclave yet just minutes on foot from Queens University, this apartment offers two good-sized bedrooms, one with an en-suite, and a bright and airy living, dining, and balcony area for you to relax in. The apartment is located up one flight of stairs within a private, gated community in the university area of Belfast.

As you enter the apartment, you will find one double bedroom, one double bedroom with an en-suite, and a master bathroom with a bath. The main section of the apartment is an open-planned area encompassing the kitchen, dining area, living area, and a door leading out to the balcony with great views. Free parking is included.

Located in the university area of south Belfast, you will not be short on things to do or places to eat. On your doorstep, you have Bo Tree Kitchen, a very popular Thai restaurant where you can bring your own beer or wine, and reservations are recommended. Botanic Avenue is a great place for lunch and dinner with spots like Madame Pho and Falafel. The Empire offers live music nights, comedy nights, and quiz nights. The city centre is a quick 15-minute walk or 10-minute bus ride away, offering endless options for eating and drinking. Nearby, Ormeau Park and Botanic Avenue are perfect for a morning or evening stroll or run, and Ormeau Park hosts a park run on Saturday mornings.

Parking is free but unallocated. If there are no free spaces, you will have to park on the street outside, which also offers free parking. When parking, you must display the parking permit and return it after your stay. No parties, excess noise, or additional guests are allowed without permission at any time due to the proximity of neighbors. Violation of this policy may result in cancellation of your stay without any refund. Guest verification is required, facilitated by a trusted partner, and involves an online process with a government-issued photo id and a credit or debit card. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
