Parking is available for as little as £8 per day upon request. A foldable cot with a mattress suitable from birth to 36 months is also available upon request. For longer stays than 10 days, there is an extra charge of £75 for cleaning and fresh linen. Airport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged for an additional price.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No parties, events, or loud music are allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside the flat. Only registered guests are allowed on the property, and the person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee. The washer/dryer is communal and situated on the first floor of the building, with usage hours clearly signed on the door. We professionally dry clean all bed sheets and towels, and we recycle using a refill system for all shower gels and cleaning products.
