The ground floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen diner featuring a breakfast table with two stools, perfect for a slow morning coffee. The kitchen has modern amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, and a stylish cream Smeg fridge freezer. Guests will find a gas hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The first floor is a bright, inviting space with natural light streaming in from windows on three walls. Relax on the large L-shaped sofa while enjoying the 40-inch Smart TV. A dining table and chairs provide the perfect setting for meals or workspace. Unique touches include a large bridal mirror repurposed and double doors leading to a private terrace. The terrace offers outdoor seating, potted plants, and lovely views of Essex Road. The top floor is home to a tranquil bedroom, featuring a king-size bed with a brand-new Simba mattress. The room includes built-in wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and wall lamps on either side of the bed. A charming circular window adds character to the space. The bathroom is located on this floor in a separate room, offering ambient lighting with lights in the mirror, toilet, hand basin, and a shower over bath, with a handheld shower and a rainfall shower.
For stays over 21 nights, a professional linen service requires a refresh every 21 days. You can choose between fresh linen supply or linen rehire, both available at the same cost.
Transportation couldn’t be easier. Angel Station (Northern Line) is a 10-minute walk, and Essex Road Station offers Overground links, connecting you effortlessly to Central London and beyond. Buses from Essex Road provide additional convenient options to explore the city.
Check-in is after 3 pm and check-out is before 11 am. A £20 charge per half an hour will be applied for unauthorized late check-outs or early check-ins. Specific instructions are given a day before check-out to ensure keys are placed in the key safe when departing the property. A £50 fee is charged for call out if you forget the keys and lost keys are charged at £100 for replacement locks. There is no parking space with the property. Smoking is strictly forbidden with a fine of £200 when discovered. No extra guests are allowed in the property at any time without prior permission and no parties or loud music allowed. Any violation of either rule will incur a £250 fine.
