Our flat is located on a quiet, residential street just 10 minutes walk from Streatham Common station with lots of shops and amenities nearby. We are a 10 minute bus ride from Tooting Broadway where you can find plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes. We also have a gp and secure bike storage on our street. The Council Tax Band for our flat is D.

We are two graduates and close friends who get along well and enjoy a range of interests including cycling, cooking, eating out, film and live comedy. We maintain a clean flat and prefer to keep noise relatively low in the evenings. Our flatmate is moving to Brighton soon so his room is available.
