This is a conveniently situated house share, with all rooms having en-suites, being fully furnished and having a TV provided. Best of all, the bills are included! The house is on a quiet road but near to a large supermarket, local shops and restaurants.

Your room is furnished to the highest standards and includes:

Bills are included, so there are no surprises. Council tax, gas, electricity, water, superfast broadband and regular cleaning are all part of our service.

We are local, professional landlords who care about the safety of our tenants, so the whole house is fitted with the latest safety equipment including wired smoke detectors, emergency lighting and fire doors (which are also soundproofed). We try to look after you well by ensuring a personal service and fast response to any query or problem.

What about the kitchen?

The kitchen is fully equipped with an integrated oven and hob, 2 x fridge/freezers, microwave oven, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and storage space. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer and we also provide a vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to move in and live, so we also provide pots, pans and cooking utensils and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house. There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need! Although we also provide a regular cleaner for all communal areas.

What's the minimum length of time I can rent for?

We prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 6 months tenancy. However, in exceptional circumstances we will consider shorter lets.
