Wi-Fi runs throughout the entire apartment, ensuring you stay connected.

Located just a 1-minute walk from the bus stop, you can catch the no. 1 or 5 bus directly to Oxford City Centre and its famous college grounds and Oxford Station. A 7-minute walk will take you to Templars Square Shopping Centre and Retail Park, where you can find numerous supermarkets, retail stores, a post office, atm, and pharmacy. Cowley Road and its surroundings offer a fantastic range of eclectic restaurants, cafes, pubs, and bars, just a 15-minute walk away. Florence Park, a 10-minute walk away, is perfect for a scenic walk and features a community cafe, outdoor tennis courts, and several dedicated children's playground areas.

Guests will have private access to the entire apartment, while the garden is shared with residents of the building. Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A charge of £100.00 will be applied for lost keys, broken keys, and call outs. Additional charges apply for early check-ins or late check-outs without permission. The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival, but mid-stay cleans are not included. You can pay to book a clean or fresh linen and towels during your stay. A limited amount of consumables will be provided to kick-start your stay, and recommendations for local stores are available for purchasing more. The smart TV does not have access to regular channels, and you will need to use your own login details for on-demand apps. The Tassimo coffee machine does not include pods, but they can be purchased locally.important: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo id and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable gbp 500 deposit (plus gbp 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of gbp 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
