The main bedroom includes a king-size bed and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, while the second bedroom also features a king-size bed and a working desk. Each bedroom has built-in wardrobes with shelves and hanging space, and the main bathroom includes a bath and shower. The open-plan living and dining room is well-appointed with a flat-screen 50-inch Smart TV, sky TV, and a private balcony with outdoor furniture. The modern kitchen is generously sized and equipped with an oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. A washer/dryer is also available for personal use.

A dedicated free undercover parking space belonging to the apartment is available for guests to use. A baby travel cot is available upon request for an additional charge of £50. Mid-stay cleaning and linen can be organized on request for an additional charge, required for longer stays up to 30 days.

Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed due to sensitive neighbours. Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check-out on time as this will cause disruption to the cleaner’s schedule. A minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys. The property offers remote access with easy self check-in, and 24/7 guest support is available. Single-use toiletries are provided to last a couple of days, along with a washing-up pack, dishwasher and washing tablets, toilet roll, and kitchen roll.
