Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed due to sensitive neighbours. Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check-out on time as this will cause disruption to the cleaner’s schedule. A minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys. The property offers remote access with easy self check-in, and 24/7 guest support is available. Single-use toiletries are provided to last a couple of days, along with a washing-up pack, dishwasher and washing tablets, toilet roll, and kitchen roll.
