This isn't some anonymous rental it's a place i've put a lot of love into, and i'm looking for someone who'll appreciate living here as much as do.

I've furnished and cared for it properly, and i'm looking for someone who will do the same.

  Small but well-equipped kitchen (shared) - cook most evenings and always leave it spotless, need to live with someone who operates in the same way. All rooms are left crisp, living in a clean home is important.

  Garden/courtyard with BBQ, hammock, and seating, perfect for summer evenings.

  Sky Sports & tnt Sports in uhd + Netflix: All included. Discovery + is also there somewhere, comes with Sky.
