Before making an offer of accommodation we carry out short telephone interviews and financial assessments to ensure that we understand applicants’ housing needs and that applicants meet our housing and financial criteria. Applicants must provide proof of who they are and where they live and be eligible for social housing.
Applicants will be offered a property of a size suitable for their household; for example, a single person will generally be offered a one-bedroom property and a family of two adults and two children will be offered either a two or a three-bedroom property.
Once all checks are satisfactorily completed an offer can be made.
