Relax on the comfortable sofa facing the smart TV, or enjoy a meal at the dining table adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen boasts a large work surface, oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, and a washer and dryer, along with smaller appliances like a kettle, toaster, and microwave. The spacious bedroom includes a king-size bed and a large chest of drawers, while the bathroom offers a shower over the bath.

The apartment includes convenient allocated parking for one car in the private block's car park. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, with professional management services ensuring cleanliness, fresh linens, and towels. A small welcome pack with complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits is provided upon arrival, along with essential kitchen supplies. For families, a cot and high chair are available upon request, though cot bedding is not provided.

Situated just minutes from the lovely beaches of East Wittering and Bracklesham, this apartment provides a fantastic base for exploring the greater Chichester area, including Chichester Harbour, the South Downs, and Goodwood. A Co-Op is conveniently located within walking distance for any additional supplies you may need during your stay.

Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is before 10am. A fee of £100 applies for lost keys and £50 for lockout call outs. Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited, and extra guests are not allowed unless advised otherwise. Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise down between 10pm and 8am.
